Werkstudent (m/w/d) Recruiting / Talent Acquisition

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential healthcare consulting organization in Düsseldorf seeking a working student to support their talent acquisition efforts. In this role, you will:

• Actively support the entire recruiting process from job posting through to hiring
• Create and publish job advertisements on relevant job platforms and social media channels
• Review and pre-screen incoming applications based on defined requirement profiles
• Conduct active sourcing via business networks such as LinkedIn and Xing to identify suitable candidates
• Communicate with applicants and organize interview scheduling and selection processes
• Support the execution and follow-up of interviews and recruiting events
• Maintain and update applicant tracking systems and create recruiting reports
• Contribute to employer branding initiatives to strengthen the organization's employer brand
• Collaborate closely with HR Business Partners and department managers

What We're Looking For

• Currently enrolled student (m/f/d) in a relevant field such as Psychology, Social Sciences, Human Resources Management, or comparable
• Prior practical experience in recruiting, HR, or personnel consulting is advantageous
• Strong communication skills and confident demeanor when interacting with different stakeholders
• Structured, careful, and independent working style
• High affinity for digital tools, social media, and modern recruiting technologies
• Interest in current trends in recruiting and talent acquisition
• Excellent German language skills and good English skills, both written and spoken
