About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential B2B marketing agency seeking a B2B Growth Marketer to join their team in Berlin. This role offers a unique opportunity to work directly with multiple founders and executives, building and executing growth strategies that drive real pipeline results.

In this position, you'll own the complete growth motion for a portfolio of clients—from go-to-market strategy and positioning through to content creation and LinkedIn execution. You'll be equal parts strategist, copywriter, project manager, and trusted advisor, working closely with leadership teams to transform their expertise into compelling content and systematic growth engines.

Responsibilities

Your day-to-day ownership includes:

• Go-To-Market Foundation: Build the strategic foundation for each client engagement by defining market segmentation, Ideal Customer Profiles, and positioning frameworks that create clarity and alignment across their revenue teams
• LinkedIn Growth Engine: Design and implement comprehensive LinkedIn strategies including content narratives, thought-leadership positioning, profile optimization, automated network expansion, engagement capture systems, and Thought Leader Ads management
• Content Operations: Establish structured content creation and distribution systems, running bi-weekly calls to extract client expertise and turning those insights into high-quality content that sounds authentically like each executive
• Copywriting: Write positioning documents, messaging frameworks, and LinkedIn content that captures each client's unique voice while serving their business objectives
• Client Success: Manage timelines and communication across 4–6 simultaneous client accounts, delivering monthly performance reports that track content impact and pipeline development

You'll work from proven frameworks and playbooks developed by an experienced team, not starting from scratch.

What We're Looking For

• Hands-on B2B marketing experience with positioning, messaging, and ICP definition—you've turned strategy into actionable revenue frameworks before
• Excellent writing and communication skills in both German and English
• Genuinely strong copywriting ability—you can make executives sound like the best version of themselves
• Demonstrated competence with LinkedIn as a go-to-market channel, including content operations, automation tools for network expansion and engagement capture, and paid amplification strategies
• Highly organized approach to managing multiple accounts and complex moving pieces simultaneously
• Natural curiosity and willingness to quickly build expertise across diverse industries and topics
• Sharp research skills that enable you to develop real understanding before writing
• Detail-oriented mindset with high standards for quality
• Grounded confidence based on competence—comfortable saying "I don't know" while maintaining professional poise
