Responsibilities
We are representing a confidential consulting organization seeking an SAP SuccessFactors consultant for a permanent position based in Frankfurt am Main with remote and hybrid options available throughout Germany.
In this role, you will:
- Advise clients on technical and functional implementation of SAP SuccessFactors solutions
- Independently execute customer-specific configurations and deliver workshops and training sessions
- Support clients with integration of SAP SuccessFactors into existing process and system landscapes
- Analyze, consult, design, and implement applications for defined HR business processes
- Contribute to pre-sales activities as needed
What We're Looking For
Our client requires candidates with:
- At least 1-2 years of hands-on experience in designing and configuring SAP SuccessFactors applications with at least one completed project
- Minimum one SAP SuccessFactors certification and strong knowledge of common SuccessFactors modules (such as Employee Central, Recruiting, Performance & Goals, Compensation, Learning Management)
- German language proficiency at B2 level or higher, both written and spoken
- Completed degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Business Administration, Engineering, or comparable field, combined with several years of professional experience as an SAP consultant
- Strong learning mindset, independence, team orientation, client focus, and excellent communication skills
- Willingness to travel occasionally
