About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential digital agency based in Leonberg, Germany, seeking a versatile Web & AI Implementation Specialist to join their fully remote team. This role combines web development, design sensibility, and conversion optimization with modern AI-assisted workflows.

Our client operates at the intersection of web technology, e-commerce, and digital products, building everything from landing pages to automated tools and proprietary software solutions.

Responsibilities

• Build and optimize landing pages, product pages, and conversion-focused web experiences
• Maintain and evolve existing websites and digital products
• Develop small web tools, prototypes, and automations using AI-assisted development workflows
• Work with modern web technologies including Astro, React, Vue, Svelte, Python, Git, and Docker
• Conduct technical research on APIs, plugins, automations, and SaaS integrations
• Evaluate and improve layouts, UI elements, and conversion funnels
• Create and maintain persuasive content for websites and campaigns
• Handle testing, documentation, and clean handoffs of deliverables
• Coordinate with clients, gather feedback, and clarify next steps
• Prepare reports, status updates, and actionable recommendations
• Define, prioritize, and track ongoing tasks and improvements

What We're Looking For

Essential qualifications:

• Strong eye for modern, clean, conversion-oriented design
• Understanding that websites must generate leads, sales, or inquiries—not just look attractive
• Technical comprehension of web development, CMS platforms, shop systems, and digital tools
• Experience with Git or willingness to learn and maintain clean version control practices
• Basic knowledge or hands-on experience with Docker
• Prior work with React and/or Astro, or ability to learn quickly
• Ability to use Python for scripts, automations, API integrations, or small utilities
• Productive use of AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude Code, Gemini Code Assist, Cursor, or similar
• Capability to understand e-commerce processes or existing experience in this area
• Independent, reliable, and pragmatic work style
• Fluent German (written and spoken) for client communication, content creation, requirements gathering, and documentation

Valued additional skills:

• Understanding of SEO, SEA (particularly Google Ads), GEO, tracking, and conversion optimization
• Feel for compelling headlines, benefit-driven messaging, and clear website structure
• Knowledge of Figma, Canva, Adobe tools (Photoshop), or comparable design applications
• Experience with Shopware 6, WordPress, TYPO3, Vue, or Tailwind
• Background with APIs, automations, or internal tool development
