Responsibilities

Our recruiting team is representing a confidential e-mobility organisation based in Regensburg. This Finance Manager role sits at the heart of finance operations, with a primary focus on customer invoicing and financial processes. You'll support a growing organisation to keep financial operations running smoothly, transparently, and efficiently.

Your core responsibilities include:

• Preparing, issuing, and tracking customer invoices
• Managing accounts receivable and supporting payment reconciliation
• Supporting day-to-day financial accounting activities
• Contributing to month-end and year-end closing preparation
• Preparing and maintaining financial data for controlling and reporting purposes
• Supporting budget planning, forecasting, and financial analysis
• Collaborating on process optimisation and automation initiatives for finance workflows
• Working with external partners such as tax advisors and internal teams across the business

What We're Looking For

We're seeking a detail-oriented finance professional who enjoys working with numbers and structured processes. The ideal candidate brings:

• Completed commercial apprenticeship or degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a comparable field
• Initial practical experience in finance or accounting (internships, working student positions, or similar backgrounds are valuable)
• Foundational knowledge of accounting principles
• Very strong Excel skills and a natural affinity for working with numbers
• Familiarity with accounting or ERP systems is a plus but not required
• Strong German language skills; English proficiency is advantageous
• Careful, structured working style with attention to detail
• Reliability and a willingness to learn and grow professionally
• Initiative and motivation to develop your expertise
• Team spirit and open communication style
