About This Opportunity

We are representing a specialized consulting firm focused on digital transformation in financial processes and procurement. Our client works with both public sector organizations and private companies across Germany and internationally, delivering measurable results in e-invoicing, procurement digitalization, and change management initiatives.

As a recruiter at Get A Job.ai, we're seeking a consultant who brings both technical understanding and client-facing expertise to complex digitalization projects. You'll work directly with end clients, taking ownership of project success from strategy through implementation.

Responsibilities

• Lead digitalization projects for public administration and private sector clients, serving as the primary point of contact
• Provide expert consultation on procurement processes, e-invoicing, and change management from strategy development through software selection and process implementation
• Identify growth opportunities and additional project potential within existing client relationships
• Manage project budgets and overall project accountability
• Bridge technical and functional stakeholders throughout project lifecycles

What We're Looking For

• Completed degree in Business Informatics, Public Administration, Political Science, Economics, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience leading digitalization projects in public or private sectors from strategy through implementation
• Proven ability to understand and implement complex financial processes beyond theoretical frameworks
• Passion for diving deep into technical content rather than managing projects purely at a high level
• Strong balance of project management discipline and strategic relationship-building skills
• German language fluency required for client interaction

Location and Work Arrangement

This position is based in Frankfurt am Main with flexible arrangements. Our client offers a collaborative office environment with short decision-making paths.
