Talent Acquisition Manager (m/w/d)

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential recruiting consultancy in Bielefeld that is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to lead client acquisition and delivery. In this role, you will operate as both strategist and executor, owning the full lifecycle from winning new business to delivering successful placements.

Your responsibilities include:

• Analyzing why client organizations struggle to attract talent—reviewing target audiences, positioning, channel mix, and process efficiency
• Developing data-driven recruitment strategies and presenting them to senior decision-makers
• Acquiring new clients proactively through telephone outreach, direct engagement, and referrals
• Planning and managing recruitment campaigns, monitoring performance metrics, and adjusting tactics based on results
• Screening incoming applications, conducting initial candidate interviews, and creating a memorable candidate experience
• Maintaining accurate CRM records, tracking key performance indicators, and translating data into actionable improvements
• Collaborating with marketing and leadership to refine service delivery methodology

What We're Looking For

Essential skills and experience:

• Demonstrated understanding of how audience targeting, channel selection, and process design work together in recruitment—whether from agency, staffing, or in-house environments
• Strong consultative skills: the ability to ask incisive questions, think in solutions, and communicate recommendations that gain buy-in from decision-makers
• Comfort with business development and new client acquisition as a core part of the role
• Data literacy: you can read campaign analytics, identify patterns, and take decisive action
• Self-direction and resilience: you manage your own workload, stay on course after setbacks, and measure yourself by outcomes

Background in recruitment is valued but not required if you have the drive and aptitude. Academic credentials matter less than demonstrated capability.

Pay

Compensation details will be discussed during the screening process. The client offers an uncapped commission structure in addition to base salary.
