About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential consumer health organization in Berlin that is experiencing strong growth. Our client combines proprietary therapeutic products with digital care solutions and has built significant marketplace presence over several years. As their recruiting partner, we are seeking a Manager for Amazon Marketplace & Online Pharmacies (m/f/d) to drive strategic expansion across external sales channels.

This role offers full ownership of Amazon (3P) and online pharmacy partnerships (1P), with established foundations already in place. You will control all commercial levers—pricing, promotions, inventory, listing content, and campaign budgets—to achieve profitable growth.

Responsibilities

Amazon Marketplace Growth

• Drive profitable growth on Amazon by strategically managing performance agency relationships for PPC and DSP, allocating budgets, and continuously optimizing campaigns based on clear KPIs (revenue, ACOS, TACOS, contribution margin)
• Increase visibility and sales through data-driven listing optimization based on keyword analysis, competitive intelligence, conversion analysis, and A/B testing
• Develop targeted promotions and launch strategies (e.g., Prime Day, coupons), proactively manage inventory and account health, and resolve marketplace-specific support and policy issues to ensure smooth scaling

Online Pharmacy Scaling

• Continuously develop online pharmacy partner relationships and unlock revenue potential through strategic use of retail media, promotional activities, and high-converting campaigns
• Plan, negotiate, and manage deployment of retail media, sponsored ads, promotional budgets, and platform promotions to maximize sell-out
• Ensure excellent content, optimized search terms, and compelling visual assets across e-pharmacy platforms to steadily improve rankings and conversion rates

Commercial Management

• Manage forward-looking sales and demand planning for your channels in close collaboration with supply chain teams
• Analyze sales metrics, margins, and advertising efficiency, derive clear growth initiatives, and coordinate closely with marketing, finance, and executive leadership

What We're Looking For

• Several years of relevant professional experience in Amazon Marketplace Management, ideally within consumer health (OTC, beauty, supplements)
• Deep understanding of listing, ranking, and conversion mechanics, plus demonstrable experience managing Amazon Advertising (ideally including agency management)
• Strong commercial acumen with a holistic view of revenue growth, advertising costs (ACOS/TACOS), and contribution margins
• Confident and persuasive presence in negotiations (e.g., promotional terms, conditions, campaigns) and ability to build partnerships on equal footing
• High degree of initiative, hands-on mentality, and ability to establish systems and processes independently from the ground up
• Confident, routine handling of data, KPIs, and digital analysis tools (especially Excel/Google Sheets)
• Business-fluent German (essential for pharmacy and wholesale partner relationships)
