Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential real estate organization seeking a working student to support their accounting and operating cost settlement team in Leipzig. This is a flexible part-time role starting immediately or by arrangement, approximately 20 hours per week.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting the accounting and operating cost team with daily tasks
• Assisting with the recording and filing of invoices and documents
• Maintaining and updating data and records
• Supporting the preparation of operating cost statements
• Compiling and preparing documentation
• Performing simple control and verification activities
• Supporting general administrative tasks
• Handling smaller organizational duties within the department

What We're Looking For

Our client is seeking candidates with the following qualifications:

• Currently enrolled in a degree program such as Business Administration, Real Estate Management, Finance, Accounting, or a comparable field
• Interest in accounting, numbers, and real estate topics
• Confident use of Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Structured, careful, and independent working style
• Strong communication skills, team orientation, and service mindset
• Previous practical experience through internships or working student positions is advantageous but not required
