Senior Brand Manager:in (m/w/d)

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential social enterprise in Hamburg seeking a Senior Brand Manager to join their mission-driven team. In this role, you will:

• Lead the development and implementation of brand strategy and positioning across all relevant touchpoints
• Direct cross-functional and international projects, coordinating with sales, quality management, and leadership teams
• Plan, manage, and control the marketing budget with strong analytical oversight
• Conceive, manage, and evaluate national and international marketing campaigns in collaboration with digital, social media, partnerships, and events teams
• Develop and execute trade marketing and activation initiatives for gastronomy and retail channels in partnership with sales
• Own the end-to-end process of product launches, from concept through market success and performance tracking
• Manage agencies, producers, and freelancers to bring creative ideas to life
• Conduct market and competitive analyses and translate findings into strategic recommendations
• Provide professional leadership to a Brand Manager, building a cohesive and high-performing team

What We're Looking For

• Completed degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or equivalent background
• Several years of marketing experience with proven expertise in brand management and positioning
• Strong strategic thinking capabilities
• Initial leadership experience preferred
• Experience in the FMCG sector and/or gastronomy/retail is a plus but not required
• Proven track record working with agencies, producers, and freelancers
• Demonstrated success managing budgets, market analyses, and national/international campaigns
• Excellent communication skills, assertiveness, and structured working style
• Fluent in German and English (negotiation level)
• Passion for making a positive social impact
