Für den Standort Berlin suchen wir eine erfahrene Person im Artist- und Influencer-Management, die eigenverantwortlich arbeitet und kreative Talente auf ihrem Weg begleitet.
Aufgaben und Verantwortlichkeiten
- Betreuung und Management interner Talente als deren erster Ansprechpartner
- Identifizierung und Akquise neuer Kooperationspartner sowie Erstellung von Angeboten
- Verhandlung von Verträgen und Konditionen mit Marken und Dienstleistern
- Entwicklung von Content-Formaten und Kampagnenkonzepten gemeinsam mit den Talents
- Koordination zwischen Talents und Partnern, Planung von Einsätzen
- Scouting und Gewinnung neuer Talente für bestehende und zukünftige Projekte
- Strategische Weiterentwicklung der Talents über Social Media hinaus
Was wir suchen
- Mindestens 1-3 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Influencer Marketing, Online Marketing oder in einer Digital-, Social-Media- oder PR-Agentur
- Gespür für aktuelle Digital- und Konsumententrends
- Sicherer Umgang mit gängigen Social-Media-Plattformen und Online-Communities
- Idealerweise Erfahrung in der Konzeption und Umsetzung von Social-Media- und Influencer-Marketing-Kampagnen
- Hohe Kreativität, Eigeninitiative und Motivation
- Verhandlungsgeschick und ausgeprägtes Organisationstalent
- Fließende Deutschkenntnisse und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Teamfähigkeit und ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
Standort und Arbeitsweise
Die Position ist in Berlin angesiedelt. Unser Mandant bietet flache Hierarchien, eigenverantwortliches Arbeiten und 30 Tage Urlaub. Zur Ausstattung gehören Firmenhandy und Firmenlaptop.
