About This Opportunity

Our talent team is representing a confidential foodtech organization in München that's transforming workplace dining. We're searching for a Working Student in People & Culture - Recruiting (all genders) to join their mission-driven team.

This is a hands-on recruiting role where you'll identify top talent, own parts of the hiring process, and ensure every candidate has an exceptional experience. You'll work across active sourcing, interview coordination, and candidate evaluation while building your expertise in tech recruiting.

Responsibilities

• Active sourcing of top talent via LinkedIn and other channels
• Own recruitment processes for assigned positions from interview to offer stage
• Independently conduct and coordinate interviews with candidates
• Evaluate candidates systematically against clearly defined requirements
• Ensure an outstanding candidate experience throughout the hiring journey
• Provide timely, empathetic, and transparent feedback to all applicants

What We're Looking For

Must-haves:

• Currently enrolled at a university (e.g., Business Administration, Business Psychology, HR Management, or comparable program)
• Initial practical experience in recruiting or HR
• Excellent communication skills in German and English
• Proactive, creative, and solution-oriented working style
• Independent and highly structured approach to work

Nice to have:

• Previous experience in active sourcing or conducting interviews
