About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential SaaS client in Berlin who is seeking a Paid Social & Content Marketing Intern to join their growing international team. Our client operates a customer communication platform that serves thousands of businesses globally, and they're expanding their digital marketing capabilities across multiple channels.

This internship offers hands-on experience in paid social advertising, content creation, and performance marketing within a fast-paced technology environment. You'll work closely with an experienced marketing team to develop and execute campaigns across major social platforms.

Responsibilities

• Support the conception and implementation of global online marketing initiatives
• Analyze campaign performance data and prepare actionable recommendations to improve results
• Research and create engaging content for paid social channels including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn
• Produce content for organic social media accounts
• Monitor current content marketing trends and industry news, integrating relevant insights into campaigns
• Assist with the management of various advertising channels

What We're Looking For

• Enthusiasm for planning and creating digital content across various marketing channels
• Initial practical experience in marketing, managing ad channels, or producing video content for social media
• Quick learner with strong creative and analytical abilities
• German language skills at C2 level
• English language skills at minimum C1 level; additional languages are a plus
• Interest in working primarily on-site in Berlin (Prenzlauer Berg) with a collaborative, office-based team
