Junior Artist Manager / Influencer Manager (m/w/d)

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential digital marketing agency seeking a Junior Artist Manager / Influencer Manager in Berlin. In this role, you will:

• Coordinate communication and scheduling for managed talent
• Research and identify potential brand partnership opportunities
• Draft partnership proposals and respond to incoming collaboration requests
• Support contract negotiations and pricing discussions with brand partners and service providers
• Assist senior artist managers in developing content concepts and campaign formats for talent
• Serve as the liaison between talent and brand partners, ensuring smooth campaign execution
• Scout and acquire new partnership opportunities and media formats
• Utilize proprietary software systems designed specifically for artist management workflows

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 1 year of experience in influencer marketing, online marketing, or a related field at a digital, social media, or PR agency
• Strong understanding of current digital and consumer trends
• Proficiency with major social media platforms and online communities
• Ideally, hands-on experience executing or conceptualizing social media and influencer marketing campaigns
• High creativity and self-motivation
• Fluent German and English language skills, both written and spoken
• Excellent interpersonal communication abilities and collaborative mindset
• Passion for talent management and strong organizational skills
