Responsibilities
Our talent team is representing a confidential digital marketing organization seeking a Junior Artist Manager / Influencer Manager to join their operations in Mülheim. In this role, you will:
- Support coordination and communication with internal talent roster
- Assist in identifying and approaching new partnership opportunities, preparing proposals, and managing incoming inquiries
- Develop negotiation skills through contract discussions and rate negotiations with brand partners and service providers
- Support senior managers in developing content concepts and formats for talent, helping bring creative ideas to life
- Serve as the liaison between talent and brand partners, coordinating schedules and ensuring talent satisfaction
- Research and acquire potential new collaboration partners and identify future format opportunities
What We're Looking For
The ideal candidate will bring:
- Minimum 1 year experience in influencer marketing, online marketing, or similar roles at a digital, social media, or PR agency
- Strong interest in and intuition for the latest digital and consumer trends
- Confident working knowledge of all major social media networks and online communities
- Ideally, hands-on experience implementing and/or conceptualizing social media and influencer marketing campaigns
- High creativity and self-motivation
- Fluent German and English language skills, both written and spoken
- Strong interpersonal communication abilities and a collaborative team-player mindset
- Passionate about talent management and organized by nature
