Werkstudent:in Design & Social Media Assistenz (m/w/d)

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential boutique design studio that specializes in brand management and visual identity for premium clients in the hospitality and lifestyle sectors. Our talent team is seeking a working student to support design and social media operations in Lindau, Germany.

This is a hybrid working student position (Werkstudent:in) requiring approximately 16–20 hours per week, with flexible scheduling around your studies.

Responsibilities

• Create and edit brand-compliant creative assets including carousels, reels, and slides while maintaining aesthetic and tonal standards
• Maintain and continuously develop design templates and brand standards
• Support the selection and editing of visual materials for internal and external projects
• Manage daily email correspondence, coordinate project inquiries, and document approvals in a structured manner
• Assist with the organization and visual preparation of workshops, ensuring all materials align with corporate design guidelines
• Independently plan and post content on Instagram and LinkedIn

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications:

• Currently enrolled in a degree program in Communication Design, Media Design, Marketing, or a comparable field
• Experience with Figma, Canva Pro, or Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects is a plus)
• Strong design sensibility with an eye for detail and understanding of what constitutes "on brand" work
• Excellent organizational skills with ability to structure and manage tasks independently
• Clear, friendly, and solution-oriented communication style
• Self-starter mentality with strong sense of ownership over assigned projects

Preferred:

• Previous experience in social media management or content creation
• Availability of 16–20 hours per week with flexible planning
