Senior Consultant – Projektsteuerung & Bauherrenvertretung (w/m/d)

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential real estate consultancy in Düsseldorf that advises clients on complex property projects from strategic development through technical realization. Our talent team is seeking a Senior Consultant for project management and client representation roles.

This position offers the opportunity to work across all phases of the real estate lifecycle—from new construction to sustainable portfolio development. You'll join an established team working on challenging and varied projects for both private and public sector clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage complex real estate projects independently, taking technical and specialist responsibility for new construction, modernization, conversion, and maintenance projects
• Provide external technical owner representation and advocate for client interests throughout the project
• Prepare service specifications, bills of quantities, and contract content in coordination with project stakeholders
• Represent client interests confidently with planners, authorities, contractors, and other project participants
• Define and control project objectives regarding costs, schedules, quality, and organization in collaboration with clients
• Coordinate and manage internal and external partners and project stakeholders

What We're Looking For

• Completed degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Project Management, or comparable field
• Minimum five years of relevant professional experience in project management, construction planning, or construction supervision of building projects
• Sound knowledge of construction and architectural matters, as well as cost, schedule, and quality management and procurement processes
• Confident and reliable presence with clients, planners, and contractors; ability to balance different interests and maintain overview in demanding project situations
• Structured, independent, and precise working style with willingness to take responsibility and collaborate in interdisciplinary teams
• Excellent German language skills (minimum C1 level) with strong written and verbal communication abilities
• Very good IT skills (MS Office) and experience with industry-standard software for cost control and schedule planning
