Senior Analyst, Salesforce

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential manufacturing organization seeking a Senior Analyst with deep Salesforce expertise to lead high-value CRM projects in Mexico. Our talent team is working with a global company that relies on technology-enabled commercial excellence to drive sales productivity and effectiveness across multiple regions.

In this role, you will serve as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, leading requirements gathering, roadmap planning, and solution delivery in an agile environment. You will become an expert in how Salesforce supports sales and marketing processes, continuously identifying opportunities for automation, process improvement, and analytics-driven insights.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex Salesforce projects from requirements gathering through deployment, testing, documentation, and user enablement
• Manage the product roadmap, prioritization, and release planning for CRM features and enhancements
• Evaluate enhancement requests from end users to determine feasibility and business impact, building consensus among stakeholders
• Develop and oversee user acceptance testing (UAT) plans and test cases to ensure solutions deliver expected ROI
• Advance CRM analytics to provide actionable insights for go-to-market teams and identify growth opportunities
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of CRM business processes and technical configurations
• Create training materials and facilitate end user training sessions in collaboration with regional leads and power users
• Track and resolve risks, blockers, issues, and bugs in a timely manner
• Stay current with Salesforce releases and marketplace solutions, evaluating new features for implementation
• Partner with vendor customer success teams to drive adoption, engagement, and capability development
• Measure and report on performance, achievements, and business outcomes

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
• 5+ years of progressive experience in business analysis, product management, system administration, solution architecture, or business intelligence
• Deep Salesforce expertise including system administration, user setup, security, page layouts, objects, fields, workflow, approval processes, formulas, and data management
• Strong understanding of lead-to-cash processes, preferably in B2B manufacturing environments
• Experience managing or implementing end-to-end Customer Relationship Management technology solutions
• Proven ability to lead complex projects with corresponding change management initiatives
• Advanced knowledge of Excel and strong quantitative analysis skills
• Experience with software development methodologies, tools, and best practices
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to influence across functions and geographies
• Ability to travel up to 15%+ of the time

Highly Desired:

• Salesforce certification (Admin, Advanced Admin, or Sales Cloud Consultant)
• Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems
• Background in food, nutritional, specialty chemical, or related B2B industries
• Familiarity with Sales, Marketing, and Commercial processes
