About This Opportunity
Our talent team at Get A Job.ai is representing a confidential UK-based organization seeking a Compliance Administrator to join their operations. This is a fully remote position based in South Africa, working directly with an established international business during UK business hours.
In this role, you will maintain audit readiness by managing policy documentation, tracking certifications and training requirements, and ensuring compliance evidence is organized and accessible. You will be the point person who makes sure every answer is already documented before an auditor or regulator asks the question.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and version-control policy, procedure, and compliance documentation
- Track staff training completion, professional certifications, and renewal deadlines
- Prepare evidence packs and provide support during internal and external audits
- Log and manage incidents, complaints, and corrective action records
- Monitor compliance task completion across teams and follow up on outstanding items
- Produce regular compliance status reports for senior management review
What We're Looking For
Essential:
- Proven experience in compliance, quality assurance, or governance administration
- Strong document control skills with attention to version management
- Ability to track and manage deadlines across multiple stakeholders
- Clear written English suitable for policy drafting and audit documentation
- Discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive or confidential material
- Availability to work UK business hours (09:00–17:00 UK time / 11:00–19:00 SAST)
Preferred:
- Exposure to ISO standards or work within a regulated UK sector
- Experience using a compliance or GRC platform
- Understanding of GDPR or data protection record-keeping requirements
