Working Student HR & Recruitment (m/f/d)

Our talent team at Get A Job.ai is representing a dynamic international organization based in Düsseldorf seeking a Working Student for HR & Recruitment. This position offers hands-on experience across talent acquisition, HR administration, and employee engagement in a multicultural environment. Responsibilities

In this role, you will support our client's HR team across several key areas:

• Support the end-to-end recruitment process from job posting through interview coordination
• Create, publish, and maintain job advertisements on relevant recruitment platforms
• Review and screen CVs and applications based on defined criteria
• Conduct initial candidate screening calls and coordinate next steps with the HR team
• Manage candidate communication to ensure a positive candidate experience
• Prepare interview materials and assist with onboarding activities for new hires
• Provide day-to-day administrative support including processing HR-related invoices and documentation
• Support planning and organization of employee events, workshops, and team initiatives
• Assist with event logistics, communication, invitations, and coordination

What We're Looking For

• Currently enrolled as a student at a German university and eligible to work as a Working Student in Germany
• Previous practical experience in HR, recruitment, talent acquisition, or a related field is required
• Fluent English skills (written and spoken); German at minimum B2 level
• Mandarin Chinese is a plus
• Strong interest in HR and recruitment
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Good communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proactive, reliable, and able to work independently
• Strong attention to detail with a structured approach to work
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Comfortable working with digital tools, HR systems, and recruitment platforms
• Previous experience in an international or multicultural environment is advantageous
