Senior Product Performance Analyst (m/f/d)

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential digital trust and technology organization in their search for a Senior Product Performance Analyst. This is a remote position based in Germany, offering the opportunity to work with a forward-thinking product organization that values data-driven decision-making and measurable outcomes.

In this role, you'll transform fragmented data into unified insights that directly influence product strategy. You'll partner with product leadership to build scalable measurement frameworks, standardize KPI definitions, and create actionable dashboards that guide product investments across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Identify and independently manage business requirements for data streams aligned with customer journeys and business processes
• Build high-quality standard reports, dashboards, and data visualizations for diverse stakeholder groups
• Standardize reporting practices, KPI definitions, and tracking methodologies across product teams to ensure consistency and data quality
• Manage data provisioning projects from the data lake and ensure reliable access to product performance data
• Collaborate with product managers and leadership to develop new KPIs and evaluate product impact
• Serve as a trusted advisor on measurement frameworks, tracking concepts, and performance evaluation
• Support early-stage product development by helping teams formulate hypotheses and success metrics that shape development priorities

What We're Looking For

• Degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Economics, or equivalent practical experience
• Several years of experience in data analytics or product analytics, ideally within a product-focused organization
• Strong SQL skills with hands-on experience working with data lakes or data warehouses
• Proficiency with business intelligence, reporting, and data visualization tools
• Proven track record building KPI frameworks, reporting standards, and scalable measurement structures
• Independent, project-oriented working style with ability to communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders
• Strong analytical thinking and statistical skills
• Business fluent English required; additional languages are a plus
