Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist – Conseil Data – (H/F) – Paris

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential data consulting organization with a significant international presence. Our talent team is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their Paris office and lead recruitment efforts for their data consulting practice.

This role offers the opportunity to work autonomously while partnering closely with business leaders to attract consultants, analysts, scientists, and engineers across multiple seniority levels—from junior through manager positions.

Responsibilities

End-to-end recruitment ownership:

• Gather and challenge hiring needs with business managers
• Define and implement tailored recruitment strategies for each position
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, HR interviews, evaluation coordination, and offer stage
• Develop proactive sourcing approaches and build talent pipelines for critical profiles

Business partnership:

• Advise and challenge hiring managers throughout the process to ensure objective, consistent hiring decisions
• Ensure proper application of evaluation methods and recruitment processes
• Deliver exceptional candidate and stakeholder experience at every stage

Continuous improvement:

• Identify process friction points and contribute to practice improvements
• Maintain data quality and accuracy within the ATS (Greenhouse)
• Participate in talent acquisition team projects and initiatives

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in recruitment, ideally within consulting or professional services environments
• Strong end-to-end recruitment expertise with demonstrated sourcing and direct approach capabilities
• Ability to independently manage and prioritize a recruitment portfolio
• Business partner mindset with the confidence to advise and challenge stakeholders
• Proficiency with recruitment tools and ATS platforms
• Good command of English
• Experience recruiting data, analytics, or technology professionals is valuable
