About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential technology venture working at the intersection of industrial innovation and emerging markets. Our client is building cutting-edge initiatives from the ground up and needs an exceptional operator to drive execution at the highest level. This is a 100% remote role open to candidates across Europe and the Americas.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute core 0-to-1 initiatives within industrial technology domains
• Translate high-level strategic vision into concrete execution roadmaps and drive rapid implementation from prototype to production
• Architect scalable solutions and own critical milestones that position the organization for rapid growth
• Drive strategy and build systems with complete autonomy, moving from concept to implementation without bureaucratic delays
• Report directly to leadership and collaborate with engineers, researchers, and commercial teams
• Focus on achieving strong market validation and scalable traction through fast execution

What We're Looking For

• Based in Europe or the Americas (or willing to work remotely in compatible time zones)
• High-agency builder mindset with proven domain expertise in industrial or deep-tech environments
• Track record of taking extreme end-to-end ownership on complex initiatives
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Comfort operating in fast-paced, unstructured environments where execution and results drive decisions
• Strategic thinker who can also roll up sleeves and execute tactically
