About This Opportunity

Our talent team at Get A Job.ai is representing a confidential radiopharmaceutical biotechnology organization in their search for a Sr. Clinical Trial Manager. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to innovative oncology programs while managing clinical studies from Phase I through Phase III. You'll work with a multidisciplinary team focused on developing transformative therapies for patients with cancer.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning, execution, and closeout of clinical trials across all phases
  • Oversee and manage Clinical Research Organizations (CROs) and vendors to ensure studies are completed on time, within budget, and in full compliance with SOPs, FDA regulations, and ICH/GCP guidelines
  • Lead cross-functional study execution teams in achieving study goals and deliverables
  • Plan and execute study timelines while monitoring progress including enrollment, site performance, data quality, and key risk indicators
  • Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate operational risks, escalating issues to internal stakeholders as needed
  • Manage study budgets and invoicing procedures according to contract terms
  • Lead and support country and site feasibility, selection, and activation strategies
  • Participate actively in CRO and vendor meetings, reviewing operational plans and providing strategic input
  • Summarize performance data and escalate study risks to program leadership
  • Travel up to 20% as required

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum 5-7 years of clinical operations experience within biotech, pharmaceutical, or CRO environments
  • BA/BS degree; scientific or healthcare discipline preferred
  • Independent professional who communicates proactively, frequently, and effectively
  • Detail-oriented and action-focused with strong organizational skills and commitment to quality
  • Proven ability to work successfully in cross-functional teams
  • Comfortable working in dynamic environments with a high degree of flexibility
  • Expertise in Microsoft Project and Smartsheets desired
  • Experience applying AI tools to improve team execution and decision-making
