Role Overview

As Operating Partner, you'll take ownership of daily restaurant operations at our 8612 TN-3 location in Millington. This is a full-time leadership position where you'll oversee all aspects of the business, ensuring we consistently deliver the quality food and service that define the Whataburger brand. You'll manage staff, coordinate with headquarters, and maintain the operational standards that keep our customers coming back.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations including scheduling, staffing, and team performance
• Maintain food safety, quality, and preparation standards across all shifts
• Manage inventory, ordering, and cost control to meet financial targets
• Train, develop, and motivate restaurant staff to deliver exceptional customer service
• Monitor customer satisfaction and resolve operational issues promptly
• Ensure compliance with company policies, health codes, and local regulations
• Coordinate with regional management and support teams on initiatives and reporting
