Position Summary

As a Restaurant Team Member working evenings at this Houston location, you'll be the backbone of our operations during peak dinner service hours. What You'll Do

• Take customer orders accurately and courteously, communicating special requests and dietary needs to the kitchen
• Prepare food and beverages to our quality standards, following recipes and plating guidelines precisely
• Maintain a clean, organized station and ensure the dining area meets our cleanliness expectations throughout your shift
• Process payments and manage the register, balancing cash and card transactions responsibly
• Work collaboratively with other team members to maintain service flow during busy evening periods
• Restock supplies, rotate inventory, and assist with opening or closing duties as scheduled
• Represent Whataburger's brand values through friendly, professional customer interactions

Skills & Qualifications

• Ability to work full-time evening shifts, including potential weekend availability
• Strong communication skills and a positive attitude toward customer service
• Capability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks (lifting, carrying)
• Prior restaurant or food service experience is valued but not required
• Reliability, punctuality, and willingness to follow food safety and company procedures
• Basic math skills for handling cash and processing transactions
