About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential AI enterprise software client seeking a Deployment Strategist to join their London team. Our client is building transformative technology that helps major global enterprises modernize their most critical systems. This is a high-impact role where you'll own strategic technical deployments from kickoff through long-term partnership growth.

You'll work directly with enterprise customers on complex technical implementations, build scalable deployment processes, and provide direct product feedback that shapes the roadmap. This role combines hands-on technical work, customer success, and commercial growth—no two days look the same.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end technical deployments for strategic enterprise accounts, from initial implementation through ongoing expansion
• Travel to customer sites when necessary to ensure successful launches and build trusted advisor relationships
• Onboard hundreds of end users across complex enterprise environments
• Identify expansion opportunities and growth signals within existing accounts
• Build reusable deployment playbooks, onboarding flows, and tooling that scale customer capacity efficiently
• Serve as the voice of the customer to product and engineering teams, directly influencing product development priorities
• Take full ownership of post-sale customer relationships, turning initial pilots into multi-year partnerships

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years working with customers in a technical capacity—deployment engineer, forward-deployed engineer, technical account management, or similar customer-facing technical roles
• Direct enterprise software experience preferred, especially in deployment-heavy environments where you owned measurable customer outcomes
• Strong technical depth in enterprise technology, ERP systems, or comparably complex software environments (specific platform expertise not required initially, but ability to learn quickly is essential)
• Commercial instinct—you recognize expansion opportunities and can engage in early-stage commercial conversations confidently
• Builder mentality with genuine hunger to create scalable processes while also doing hands-on customer work
• Low ego and self-aware—comfortable admitting knowledge gaps in complex technical situations, then rapidly closing them
• Colleagues would describe you as one of the sharpest people they've worked with
• You thrive in complex technical environments and ambiguous situations
