Local Division Controller – US

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential industrial technology organization in their search for a Local Division Controller to support their U.S. operations. This is a strategic finance leadership role that partners directly with business units to drive performance, ensure financial integrity, and support operational decision-making across service operations.

This is a fully remote position available anywhere in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leadership to develop and execute financial strategy, translating operational goals into business plans, forecasts, and measurable performance targets
• Provide financial leadership and business insights by monitoring performance, identifying risks and opportunities, and advising management on operational and commercial decisions
• Ensure accurate, transparent, and compliant financial reporting through strong controllership, internal controls, and timely month-end closing activities
• Oversee project financial operations including job costing, work-in-process inventory, billing and revenue recognition, accounts receivable collections, and accounting process consistency

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 15 years of progressive experience in finance and controllership roles
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems, particularly SAP
• Outstanding attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to multitask in a complex environment
• Strong leadership capabilities with a customer service mindset and self-critical approach to continuous improvement
• Candidates must already possess work authorization to work in the United States
