About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential digital marketing agency in their search for a Manager, Paid Social. Our client operates at the intersection of technology and marketing, helping ambitious brands accelerate growth through innovative campaigns and strategic media execution.

This role offers the opportunity to lead high-impact social media campaigns across a diverse portfolio of clients. You'll develop strategic roadmaps, build performance dashboards, mentor team members, and drive measurable results through expert platform management and creative testing.

Responsibilities

• Lead paid social strategy and execution across multiple client accounts, ensuring performance meets efficiency, growth, and budget targets
• Develop and implement platform-specific optimization strategies across Meta Ads and other major social platforms
• Own paid social contributions to client roadmaps, testing plans, dashboards, and quarterly business reviews
• Quantify, prioritize, and execute initiatives with the highest potential impact on performance and audience growth
• Partner with account teams to deliver clear, strategic paid social recommendations and support client communications
• Contribute high-quality insights and narratives to key deliverables including tactical plans, creative strategies, and business reviews
• Participate in client calls, status meetings, and reporting presentations
• Ensure rigorous quality assurance on all paid social work while maintaining strong budget stewardship
• Coach and mentor team members, supporting onboarding and developing both technical and strategic capabilities

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on paid social experience across platforms such as Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and analytics tools
• Advanced understanding of paid social strategy across the full funnel, including audience development, creative testing, and conversion optimization
• Experience managing campaigns across awareness, consideration, and performance objectives
• Proven track record designing, executing, and analyzing A/B tests across creatives, audiences, and formats
• Strong ability to analyze performance data, surface insights, and deliver clear optimization recommendations
• Proficiency in Excel and dashboarding tools for performance tracking and reporting
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience in client-facing presentations and strategic storytelling
• Experience mentoring or managing junior team members and supporting their professional development

Pay

Pay via Get A Job.ai: $60,100–$70,000 USD based on experience, expertise, and organizational impact. This is a full-time position based in the United States (remote).
