Virtual Aesthetic Sales Consultant – Bilingual Required – West Coast

Our talent team at Get A Job.ai is representing a confidential luxury medical aesthetics organization seeking a Virtual Aesthetic Sales Consultant for their West Coast operations. This remote position requires bilingual proficiency (English/Spanish) and the ability to work Pacific Time business hours.

In this role, you will conduct virtual consultations with prospective clients, utilizing consultative selling techniques to understand aesthetic goals and recommend appropriate services. You'll work closely with medical professionals to ensure a seamless patient experience from initial consultation through treatment planning.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed monthly sales goals and achieve required patient satisfaction metrics
• Conduct virtual consultations using consultative selling techniques to understand client needs
• Build rapport quickly with clients and provide personalized service recommendations
• Collaborate with medical teams to ensure smooth communication throughout the patient journey
• Maintain accurate records in CRM systems
• Work weekends as required by business needs

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of consultative sales experience, preferably in medical aesthetics or high-end luxury services
• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish (required)
• Strong communication skills with the ability to connect personally with clients
• Experience using CRM tools (Salesforce experience preferred)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
• Self-motivated, adaptable, and positive attitude
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Availability to work Pacific Time business hours, including weekends
• Ability to sit or stand for 8-12 hour shifts

Compensation

Our client offers a base salary of $50,000 with total annual compensation potential of $100,000-$125,000+ including commission. Final compensation packages are based on candidate experience and relevant qualifications.
