Senior Video Production Specialist

About This Opportunity

Our talent team is representing a confidential education technology client seeking a Senior Video Production Specialist to join their creative team. This is a fully remote position based in the United States, offering the opportunity to create compelling video content that supports regional universities and expands access to workforce-relevant education.

As a Senior Video Production Specialist, you'll be responsible for editing polished videos and motion graphics that tell the stories of students, faculty, and educational partners. Your work will directly support marketing initiatives across paid social media, brand awareness campaigns, testimonial content, and other digital channels.

Responsibilities

• Edit and assemble raw footage and motion graphics into polished video content for marketing initiatives including social media ads, website videos, training materials, and executive communications
• Collaborate cross-functionally with creative, marketing, growth marketing, and communications teams to ensure brand consistency and storytelling alignment
• Enhance final video products using motion graphics, color correction, sound design, and visual effects
• Independently manage and organize video assets, project files, and media libraries according to department best practices
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong version control, ensuring efficient feedback cycles and timely delivery
• Maintain consistent communication with leadership and relevant teams, providing status updates and surfacing any roadblocks
• Receive and act on constructive feedback from leaders, teammates, and partners

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications:

• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator
• Demonstrated creative judgment and originality in storytelling, pacing, visual treatment, motion design, sound, and editing techniques
• Proven ability to work independently in a fully remote environment while collaborating effectively as part of a team
• Strong organizational and communication skills with experience working cross-functionally and incorporating stakeholder feedback
• Background in marketing and communications with experience creating paid and organic social media assets
• Strong understanding of storytelling, pacing, and timing for digital video content
• Portfolio submission required with application

Preferred Qualifications:

• Understanding of content strategy and digital marketing trends
• Familiarity with Adobe Workfront or similar project management tools
• Experience with AI tools and workflows in video production
