We are representing a confidential healthcare technology organization in Berlin that is transforming how medical professionals work. Our talent team is seeking a Full Stack Software Developer to join their engineering team working on innovative e-health solutions.
This role offers the flexibility to shape your own technical focus—whether backend, frontend, DevOps, security, data modeling, or development tooling. You'll take end-to-end ownership of components from technical design through CI/CD deployment, working with modern technologies in a collaborative environment.
The position is available full-time or part-time, with options for remote, hybrid, or office-based work in Berlin.
Responsibilities
- Develop full-stack applications using Docker, Node.js, and MongoDB
- Take component ownership from technical design through development to continuous integration and deployment
- Choose and deepen your technical focus areas based on your strengths and interests
- Collaborate closely with development team members, product management, quality assurance, and customer care
- Participate in strategic technical decisions and introduce new technologies
- Present technical topics in internal talks and workshops
- Work with large codebases while maintaining code quality and team efficiency
What We're Looking For
- Completed degree or training in computer science, mathematics, physics, or related natural sciences
- Solid development experience with JavaScript and TypeScript in full-stack environments
- Experience with AI technologies
- Familiarity working with large repositories and collaborative development practices
- Structured, goal-oriented working style with strong quality awareness
- Excellent teamwork skills and experience in agile development environments
- Ability to quickly learn and independently master new technical concepts
- Very good German and English language skills
- Ideally, knowledge of the e-health sector, medical technology, or physician information systems
