Care Advisor – Remote

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential digital healthcare organization in their search for a Care Advisor to support veteran-focused programs. This fully remote role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by coordinating in-home care services for veterans and their families across multiple countries.

As a Care Advisor, you will serve as a trusted liaison between veterans, their caregivers, and clinical partners. You'll guide families through the caregiver matching process and provide ongoing support to ensure continuity of care and satisfaction. This position is ideal for compassionate, mission-driven professionals who feel called to serve those who have served. Military veterans and family members are strongly encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Guide members through the caregiver search journey through relationship building and exceptional communication in a call center environment
• Provide ongoing support after caregiver hire to maintain relationships with families and caregivers and ensure overall satisfaction
• Document accurate and complete notes of all family and caregiver interactions in electronic health record systems
• Work collaboratively with team members and cross-functional teams
• Communicate effectively via phone, email, and text with empathy, professionalism, and respect
• Ensure alignment with authorized care hours and program requirements
• Uphold program integrity through accurate documentation and adherence to guidelines
• Meet performance goals and productivity standards

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college-level coursework preferred
• At least one year of experience in a productivity-based customer service role or call center environment, OR a minimum of 2 years in a customer service environment
• Previous healthcare experience preferred
• Military experience is a plus but not required
• Effective time management skills and high attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Superior organization and multitasking capabilities
• Goal-driven problem solver with a professional, confident, outgoing demeanor
• Experience working with Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and exercise good judgment
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced call center environment
• Must be located in Australia, Canada, Ireland, United Kingdom, or United States
