Working Student IT Administration (All Genders)

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential technology organization in their search for a Working Student IT Administration. This hybrid role offers students an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on corporate IT experience while maintaining flexibility around academic commitments. You'll work alongside experienced IT professionals and take on meaningful responsibilities from your first day.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day operations of internal IT systems, hardware, and workplace technology
• Assist with employee IT support including hardware setup, software installation, user account management, and basic troubleshooting
• Support onboarding and offboarding processes by preparing devices, managing access requests, and maintaining IT equipment
• Help maintain IT inventory, hardware documentation, software licenses, and internal records
• Assist with basic system administration tasks, device management, and office IT infrastructure under team guidance
• Contribute to improving IT documentation, knowledge base articles, and internal processes
• Provide friendly and reliable IT support to colleagues across the organization

What We're Looking For

Required:

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Informatics, or related field
• Basic understanding of computer hardware, operating systems, networks, and common workplace software
• Genuine interest in IT support, systems administration, and enterprise IT environments
• Hands-on, reliable approach with eagerness to solve technical problems
• Structured working style with strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication skills and service-oriented mindset
• Fluent in English; German is a plus

Nice to Have:

• Experience with Active Directory
• Familiarity with M365 (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams)
• Knowledge of Microsoft Intune
• Experience with Github
• Familiarity with Terraform
