Regional Demand Generation Marketer

About This Opportunity

We are representing a well-funded AI infrastructure company in their search for a Regional Demand Generation Marketer to lead market development across EMEA, Middle East, and Emerging Markets. Our client is a Series B-stage technology platform with significant traction in the developer tools space and enterprise adoption across multiple Fortune 500 companies.

This is a ground-floor regional leadership role based in London, reporting into the broader demand generation function. You'll own how the platform shows up across your territories and build the playbook from the ground up.

Responsibilities

You will own regional demand strategy and pipeline generation:

• Build and execute the EMEA demand plan, determining market prioritization, segment focus, channel mix, and expected returns
• Own an EMEA pipeline target with full reporting on sourced and influenced opportunities by channel and market
• Allocate regional demand budget across localized programs

You will execute full-funnel programs hands-on:

• Partner with performance marketing teams on localized paid digital campaigns including paid search, paid social, retargeting, and account-level targeting
• Run a regional webinar cadence covering live demos, thought leadership sessions, technical workshops, and customer stories in local time zones
• Adapt global narratives and build region-first integrated campaigns when market conditions require it
• Develop segmented nurture streams and post-event follow-up tailored to regional leads

You will collaborate cross-functionally:

• Work directly with EMEA Account Executives and SDRs to understand regional conversion patterns and co-design follow-up plays
• Partner with Field Marketing to build joint regional plans and create coordinated sales interfaces
• Support new-hire ramp by identifying warm signals and sharing proven outreach plays
• Collaborate with Revenue Operations on targeting, routing, campaign tracking, and pipeline visibility

What We're Looking For

• 7+ years in B2B demand generation, growth marketing, or integrated campaigns, ideally within developer tools, infrastructure, or technical SaaS
• Proven track record building demand programs across multiple EMEA countries with clear judgment on where localization adds value
• Hands-on experience personally running paid campaigns, webinars, lifecycle programs, and ABM initiatives
• Execution-oriented: you write copy, build landing pages, pull reports, and launch campaigns yourself
• Comfortable marketing technical products to technical audiences; able to discuss AI agents, evaluations, and observability concepts credibly
• Strong partnership skills with Sales teams; you've worked shoulder-to-shoulder with AEs and SDRs and are comfortable owning a pipeline number
• Fluent in demand generation metrics: funnel conversion, CPL, cost per SQO, pipeline contribution, and attribution methodologies
• Working knowledge of modern marketing tools such as HubSpot, account-based platforms, webinar solutions, CRM systems, and data enrichment tools
• Comfortable with ambiguity and genuine ownership in a fast-moving environment
