Fixed-Term Field Sales & Training Executive — Sephora UK

About This Opportunity

Our talent team is representing a confidential clean beauty brand in their search for a Fixed-Term Field Sales & Training Executive based in London. This is a field-based commercial role working within premium beauty retail environments, specifically supporting five locations across London.

This is a 6-month fixed-term contract starting in October, with potential for renewal and conversion to a permanent position based on performance. You'll be part of the founding field team for a rapidly growing beauty brand expanding across Europe.

Responsibilities

• Drive sell-out performance across assigned retail doors and deliver against monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Sell alongside retail beauty advisors to increase conversion rates and basket size
• Negotiate and execute dedicated brand activations including sales challenges and promotional events
• Train retail beauty advisor teams on product knowledge, skincare routines, and brand storytelling through floor briefings and formal training sessions
• Coach retail staff on selling techniques, routine building, and cross-selling strategies
• Deliver launch education to ensure new products are supported by confident, knowledgeable floor teams
• Assist with large-scale education events and press activities
• Serve as the primary brand representative and relationship owner with store management and beauty advisor teams
• Maintain impeccable merchandising standards, stock levels, and tester availability across all assigned locations
• Provide weekly field reports covering sell-out data by location, merchandising updates, and visual documentation
• Monitor and report competitor activity and customer insights to inform commercial strategy

What We're Looking For

• 2 to 5 years of experience in prestige cosmetic sales and education, or senior beauty advisor experience ready for career advancement; premium beauty retail experience strongly preferred
• Proven track record of driving sell-out performance in retail environments
• Confident delivering training, in-store events, and product demonstrations to retail teams
• Commercially minded with customer-centric approach and excellent interpersonal communication skills
• Self-directed and highly organized with ability to manage multiple locations independently
• Genuine passion for skincare; K-Beauty knowledge is a significant advantage
• Fluent in English
• Based in London with right to work in the UK
• Flexibility to work full-time including weekends (5 days per week, schedule confirmed at employment start)
• Willingness to travel up to 20% of time, with expenses covered (accommodation, transportation, meals)
