Responsibilities

Our client, a confidential digital marketing and sales organization in München, is seeking an intern to support the digital transformation of their sales and marketing operations. In this role, you will:

• Execute targeted outreach activities as part of social selling initiatives, working with defined lead segments
• Build and maintain marketing and sales databases to ensure data quality and accessibility
• Contribute to projects involving social selling, marketing automation, and CRM optimization
• Support the implementation of a new CRM system and assist with digitizing sales processes
• Conduct data analysis and create reports that inform business decisions
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and cross-functional teams to turn data into revenue opportunities

What We're Looking For

We are seeking candidates who bring:

• Current enrollment in a degree program such as Business Administration, Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
• Interest in marketing, sales, or data management along with enthusiasm for digital tools
• Structured, independent working style with strong analytical thinking and quick comprehension
• Ideally, some exposure to CRM systems and strong skills in Excel and MS Office
• Excellent communication skills and enjoyment of engaging with potential clients
• Very good German language proficiency

This internship is planned to start in mid-January 2027, though applications are welcome now.
