Senior Manager, Investor Relations

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential client in the mobile advertising technology sector as they build out their investor relations function following a recent transition to public-company status. This is a high-impact role reporting to the Vice President of Investor Relations, focused on establishing scalable IR processes and communications as the organization navigates its early chapters as a publicly traded company.

Our client operates a performance marketing platform serving thousands of mobile app businesses globally. This Senior Manager, Investor Relations position offers the opportunity to shape IR infrastructure from the ground up while working closely with executive leadership, finance, legal, and communications teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage the complete quarterly earnings cycle, coordinating timelines, deliverables, and cross-functional inputs from Finance, Legal, and Corporate Communications
• Draft and refine earnings materials including press releases, presentation decks, Q&A preparation documents, and executive scripts in partnership with the VP of Investor Relations
• Build and maintain core IR infrastructure: investor presentations, roadshow materials, financial models, fact sheets, and recurring reporting templates suitable for public company standards
• Synthesize sell-side analyst consensus estimates and investor feedback for senior management consumption
• Conduct competitive benchmarking analysis against comparable publicly traded companies to inform earnings narratives and investor messaging
• Track shareholder composition, trading activity, and ownership changes; develop systems to monitor investor sentiment and feedback
• Prepare detailed briefing materials for executives ahead of investor meetings and industry conferences
• Manage logistics and materials preparation for non-deal roadshows, investor conferences, and analyst day events
• Maintain investor relations website content and other investor-facing communication channels

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field with 8+ years of experience in investor relations, equity research, FP&A, corporate finance, or adjacent fields (or Master's degree with 6+ years)
• Deep knowledge of investor relations best practices and public-company disclosure requirements; ability to solve complex, ambiguous problems independently
• Experience or strong interest in advertising technology is strongly preferred
• Strong financial and analytical capabilities, including fluency with financial statement analysis and SEC reporting practices
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to distill complex financial and technical concepts for executive, Board, and investor audiences
• Highly organized and process-oriented mindset with demonstrated experience building structure in dynamic environments
• Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects independently from inception through completion
• Strong stakeholder management skills and comfort partnering with Finance, Legal, Communications, and C-suite leadership
• High degree of discretion when handling confidential and material non-public information

Location: USA, remote-first with preference for Pacific Time Zone (California, Nevada, Oregon, Washington). Quarterly travel required for team gatherings and company events.

Pay

Pay via Get A Job.ai is location-dependent and includes base salary plus performance bonus:

• SF Bay Area, NYC, Los Angeles/Orange County, Seattle: $152,000 - $195,000
• Other CA cities, Portland, other WA cities, Denver, Austin, Boston: $140,000 - $180,000
• All other approved locations: $130,000 - $168,000

The client also provides equity grants and comprehensive health, vision, and dental benefits.
