About This Opportunity
We are representing a confidential residential remodeling organization in the Harrisonburg, Virginia area. Our client is seeking a Designer/Estimator/Sales professional to join their team and work directly with homeowners to transform remodeling concepts into fully planned and accurately estimated projects. This is a hybrid role that combines design expertise, cost estimation, and client-facing sales responsibilities in the residential construction sector.
Responsibilities
- Meet with homeowners to understand their remodeling vision and project requirements
- Create design concepts and plans for residential remodeling projects
- Prepare detailed cost estimates and project proposals
- Present design solutions and pricing to prospective clients
- Guide clients through the sales process from initial consultation to contract signing
- Collaborate with project management and construction teams to ensure design feasibility
- Maintain accurate project documentation and client communications
What We're Looking For
