Product Owner (all genders) – Management Suite Tribe

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential software organization in their search for an experienced Product Owner to join their endpoint management development team. In this role, you will take content ownership of two development squads, translating technical requirements into clear, prioritized features that deliver real value to IT administrators.

Working within an agile, interdisciplinary environment, you'll bridge the gap between product strategy, development teams, and stakeholders—ensuring that product backlogs reflect customer needs, technical feasibility, and business priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead product development for two squads focused on Windows endpoint management capabilities, including client-server communication, compliance, OS deployment, and update management
• Translate complex technical and functional requirements into well-defined features with clear, testable acceptance criteria
• Prioritize the product backlog based on customer value, development effort, dependencies, and stakeholder input
• Serve as the primary point of contact for content-related questions from development teams, ensuring they have clarity and focus
• Collaborate closely with product management, support, consulting, customers, and external development partners to gather feedback and align on requirements
• Coordinate external teams and projects, ensuring clear requirements and seamless integration into product development
• Balance maintenance, quality improvements, and new feature development
• Make product progress transparent to all stakeholders through regular communication and reporting
• Leverage AI tools pragmatically to support feature creation, requirement structuring, and rapid prototyping

What We're Looking For

• Several years of experience as a Product Owner or in a comparable role with product responsibility in agile software development
• Proven experience providing content leadership for multiple development teams and coordinating external projects or developers
• Strong working knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, and backlog management tools (Azure DevOps experience is a plus)
• Experience with scaled agile frameworks and ways of working
• Solid understanding of or strong interest in Unified Endpoint Management, Client Lifecycle Management, and Windows-based IT infrastructures
• Ability to quickly grasp technical complexity and translate it into clear, actionable, prioritized requirements
• Data-driven, analytical decision-making approach with high quality standards
• Excellent communication skills in both German and English
• Collaborative leadership style that fosters open, transparent exchange and provides clear orientation to teams
• Bonus qualifications: IT administration background, software development knowledge, Azure technology stack experience, or familiarity with Linux, macOS, Android, or iOS platforms
