Enterprise Account Executive – German Speaking (f/m/d)

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential SaaS organization seeking an Enterprise Account Executive with fluent German language skills. This is a strategic sales role focused on the DACH region (Germany, Austria, and Switzerland), working with enterprise clients and driving revenue growth through consultative selling to both technical and business stakeholders.

This position is based in London and requires office attendance 2-3 times per week in Central London.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end enterprise sales cycles with top-tier clients in the DACH markets
• Generate pipeline through outbound activities in collaboration with marketing and business development teams
• Drive expansion opportunities within existing enterprise accounts using a land-and-expand sales model
• Meet quarterly and annual sales targets by developing account strategies, managing pipelines, and maintaining sales reports
• Manage RFI/RFQ processes with internal teams and client stakeholders
• Conduct value-based selling by understanding digital experience challenges and aligning solutions to business ROI
• Collaborate with Sales Engineers and Solution Architects to address technical requirements and opportunities
• Develop proposals, structure complex pricing, and negotiate enterprise contracts efficiently
• Partner with customer success and marketing teams to ensure best practice implementation
• Develop market and competitor knowledge to inform sales strategy

What We're Looking For

Required qualifications:

• 6+ years of experience selling technical platforms in SDR, BDR, or Account Executive roles
• 3+ years of individual quota-carrying experience
• 2+ years successfully growing and expanding existing customer accounts
• Proven track record closing opportunities valued at $100k or greater
• Strong outbound pipeline generation capabilities
• Fluent German language skills

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience working with partner ecosystems
• Understanding of product-led growth sales motions
