Visiting Founders Associate (Engineering)

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential Series A SaaS client in Berlin who is building the next generation of analytics infrastructure. They're experiencing rapid growth and need an organized, technically-minded Visiting Founders Associate to support their engineering organization for a 3-month engagement.

This is a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of operations, compliance, and engineering. You'll be the operational backbone that keeps a high-performing technical team moving forward, handling everything from compliance coordination to developer experience improvements. Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute compliance initiatives end to end—mapping requirements, gathering documentation, maintaining timelines, and driving completion
• Support the broader organization on compliance questions related to engineering, GDPR, and data residency
• Bridge technical and non-technical teams by helping colleagues understand infrastructure, manage production access, and get started with development tools
• Improve developer experience by identifying friction points and implementing solutions that help engineers stay focused on building
• Run team operations including onboarding new engineers, facilitating retrospectives, organizing team events, and managing invoices
• Serve as the go-to person when other departments need technical concepts explained or technical blockers resolved

What We're Looking For

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree
• Self-starter with bias for action, eagerness to learn, and comfort operating in ambiguous environments
• Previous experience in a fast-paced setting such as an internship, working student role, or startup environment
• Demonstrated project management ability—you're comfortable juggling multiple workstreams and keeping everything on track
• Business, legal, or economics background combined with genuine technical comfort. You can navigate a codebase, read documentation, and work with developer tools
• Available immediately for a 3-month engagement
• Based in or willing to relocate to Berlin
