About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential AI technology client experiencing exceptional growth since their recent market entry. Our talent team is searching for a Growth Product Manager based in the United Kingdom who can drive product strategy and experimentation at speed.

This is a full-stack product role for someone who uses research, data, and experimentation to drive faster learning and stronger commercial outcomes. You'll work directly with engineering and leadership teams, operating with significant autonomy to shape product vision within your domain.

Responsibilities

  • Own the quality of product bets and the speed at which the organization learns from them
  • Transform ambiguous signals from customers, product data, and market feedback into clear problem framing and actionable product strategy
  • Partner directly with engineers and founders from initiative inception, shaping solutions collaboratively rather than delivering specifications
  • Deploy validation tools strategically: customer interviews, prototypes, A/B experiments, product analytics, fake door tests, usability studies, and behavioral analysis
  • Drive rapid iteration cycles from ideation through shipped features to measurable outcomes, continuously tightening the feedback loop
  • Elevate product thinking across teams through coaching, introducing scalable frameworks, and maintaining close customer proximity
  • Design product systems that compound over time rather than isolated features

What We're Looking For

  • Domain expertise in growth product management with A/B experimentation and full-stack product development
  • Systems thinking: deep understanding of customer journeys, conversion funnels, feedback loops, and how user behavior connects to revenue outcomes
  • Engineering collaboration: proven ability to work alongside technical teams, translating user insights into clear problem statements and practical tradeoffs
  • Decision-making ability: judgment to recognize when sufficient signal exists to move forward and skill in helping teams sharpen hypotheses under uncertainty
  • Capability building: track record of creating repeatable learning systems and elevating organizational product maturity
  • Comfort working with imperfect information while maintaining quality standards
  • Strong communication skills and ownership mentality for outcomes
