Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential technology organization seeking an apprentice to train as a System Integration Specialist. In this role, you will:

• Support colleagues with application issues by answering IT-specific questions and troubleshooting technical problems
• Analyze hardware and software faults as part of your daily responsibilities, demonstrating problem-solving skills
• Plan system and network structures and implement them alongside your team
• Coordinate with external service providers for hardware and software issues (2nd and 3rd level support)
• Participate in various projects to establish and optimize IT systems
• Conduct workshops and create training documentation and instructions for colleagues

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma (Abitur or equivalent)
• Strong technical understanding with enthusiasm for IT topics and modern technologies
• Customer service mindset with the ability to handle and resolve various user queries
• Value personal contact and enjoy collaborative problem-solving
• Strong communication skills with initiative and analytical thinking
• Willingness to continuously learn new technologies and approaches
• Valid car driver's license
• Very good German and good English language skills
