Lead Analyst, AGT Portfolio Management (HOME, PL)

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential telecommunications organization that is building the future of AI-powered connectivity and high-performance network infrastructure. Our talent team is searching for a Lead Analyst, Portfolio Management to join their Poland-based operations team working Central European Time hours (11 a.m.–7 p.m. or 12 p.m.–8 p.m. CET).

This is a remote or hybrid role based in Poland, supporting a commercial organization responsible for revenue growth, customer success, and transformation initiatives across multiple business segments.

Responsibilities

As Lead Analyst, Portfolio Management, you will coordinate portfolio governance, initiative intake, prioritization, and execution activities:

• Manage portfolio activities for assigned initiatives, programs, or value streams—tracking milestones, dependencies, risks, decisions, and status updates
• Maintain portfolio records and coordinate initiative onboarding, updates, scope changes, and closures
• Support portfolio intake, prioritization, and governance processes across the commercial organization
• Identify and escalate risks, issues, dependencies, and actions requiring leadership attention
• Partner with initiative owners to drive follow-through on commitments, milestones, and key deliverables
• Support portfolio reviews, initiative check-ins, leadership updates, and governance forums
• Prepare and maintain governance materials, action logs, meeting outputs, and portfolio documentation
• Ensure portfolio management processes are consistent, transparent, and aligned with organizational standards
• Support high-priority initiatives, special projects, and emerging business needs as directed by leadership
• Provide operational support for transformation efforts, organizational initiatives, and cross-functional programs
• Coordinate activities across stakeholders to remove execution barriers and maintain momentum on critical priorities

What We're Looking For

Required:

• 5–7 years of experience in portfolio management, PMO, transformation, business operations, program coordination, or related functions
• Demonstrated experience supporting complex cross-functional initiatives and portfolios
• Strong organizational, facilitation, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint
• Proven ability to build effective working relationships across functions and levels of the organization
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to operational excellence

Preferred:

• Experience supporting enterprise transformation, PMO, portfolio management, or governance functions
• Experience working within large, matrixed organizations
• Familiarity with portfolio management practices, governance frameworks, operating rhythms, strategic location, workforce, and cost optimization efforts
• Experience in technology, telecommunications, strategic consulting environments, XaaS, Cloud Service Providers, or related industries
• Experience working in a multinational organization
