Wir vertreten einen öffentlichen Auftraggeber in München und suchen zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen erfahrenen Vergabemanager (m/w/d) für öffentliche Ausschreibungen. In dieser Rolle steuern Sie nationale und europaweite Vergabeverfahren und stellen die Einhaltung aller vergaberechtlichen Vorgaben sicher.
Verantwortlichkeiten
- Steuerung nationaler und europaweiter Ausschreibungs- und Vergabeverfahren unter Berücksichtigung aktueller vergaberechtlicher Anforderungen
- Beratung interner Fachbereiche zu vergaberechtlichen Prozessen, geeigneten Vergabearten und erforderlichen Verfahrensunterlagen
- Vorbereitung von Bekanntmachungen, Durchführung von Submissionen sowie formale Angebotsprüfung inklusive vollständiger Dokumentation
- Koordination von Fristen, Führung der Bieterkommunikation sowie Durchführung von Verhandlungen
- Erstellung von Vergabeempfehlungen und Begleitung der kaufmännischen sowie formalen Bewertung eingehender Angebote
Wonach wir suchen
- Abgeschlossenes Studium in Betriebswirtschaft, Architektur, Bauingenieurwesen, Wirtschaftsrecht oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im öffentlichen Vergabewesen, insbesondere im Umfeld von Bau-, Liefer- oder Dienstleistungsverträgen
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in GWB, VOB/A, VOL/A, VgV und UVgO; idealerweise auch HOAI und Angebotskalkulationen
- Verhandlungsgeschick, Organisationsstärke und strukturierte, eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office, SAP und digitalen Vergabeplattformen
- Souveräne Kommunikation mit internen und externen Ansprechpartnern
