Responsibilities
We are representing a confidential organization in Munich seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join their team at the earliest possible date. In this role, you will:
- Manage HR processes throughout the complete employee lifecycle, from hiring through to offboarding
- Serve as a trusted advisor to managers and employees on all HR-related matters
- Draft employment contracts and other personnel-related documentation
- Maintain employee master data and digital personnel files with accuracy
- Support organizational changes and assist with employment law matters
- Prepare certificates, references, and additional HR documents
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure smooth transitions
- Process applications for training and professional development programs
- Handle general HR administration tasks while ensuring compliance with internal policies and legal requirements
What We're Looking For
- Completed commercial or HR-focused vocational training with relevant additional qualifications, or comparable qualification with several years of professional experience in human resources
- Proven experience in HR management is preferred
- Strong knowledge of employment law, collective bargaining agreements, social insurance law, and works council regulations
- Proficiency with MS Office and SAP systems
- Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style combined with high reliability
- Business-fluent German language skills
