Wir vertreten einen Kunden im Raum Stuttgart, der einen erfahrenen technischen Objektverwalter (m/w/d) für das Facility Management sucht. In dieser verantwortungsvollen Position übernehmen Sie die technische Leitung von Immobilien und steuern ein engagiertes Technikteam.
Verantwortlichkeiten
- Verantwortung für den technischen Betrieb von Immobilien inklusive Betreiberpflichten und Compliance
- Führung und Steuerung des Technikteams, Planung von Einsätzen und effiziente Koordination der Ressourcen
- Organisation von Instandhaltungs-, Umbau- und Reparaturmaßnahmen mit Qualitätssicherung und Budgetsteuerung
- Entwicklung von Prozessen und Instandhaltungsstrategien sowie Sicherstellung der Einhaltung gesetzlicher Vorschriften
- Regelmäßiges Reporting und Abstimmung mit Auftraggebern
- Zentrale Schnittstelle zu Behörden und externen Partnern
Was wir suchen
- Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung oder Studium, z.B. im Facility Management, Bauingenieurwesen, Elektrotechnik oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung als technischer Objektverwalter (m/w/d), technischer Property Manager (m/w/d) oder Leiter (m/w/d) Facility Management
- Fundierte Kenntnisse relevanter Vorschriften, Normen sowie im Bereich Arbeitssicherheit und Betreiberverantwortung
- Ausgeprägtes Organisationstalent und Entscheidungsstärke
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office und CAFM-Systemen
- Führerschein Klasse B
