About This Opportunity

Our talent team is representing a confidential blockchain organization seeking an enthusiastic Brand KOL professional for their accelerator program in the APAC region. This 3-6 month opportunity is designed for early career talent to gain firsthand experience in influencer relations and brand partnerships within the digital assets space.

This role offers exceptional exposure to Key Opinion Leader (KOL) management, event coordination, and strategic communications in a fast-paced environment. You'll work directly with influencers, support crisis communications, and represent our client at industry events while building transferable skills that will accelerate your career in marketing and public relations.

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage with KOLs whose values align with brand objectives
• Support organization and attendance at KOL events, meetings, and networking activities
• Serve as liaison between the organization and influencers, maintaining timely and professional communication
• Assist with crisis communications and support resolution efforts during sensitive situations
• Prepare clear, concise reports on KOL activities and public sentiment monitoring
• Collaborate across teams to align influencer strategies with overall public relations goals
• Maintain a professional presence as a representative at external events

What We're Looking For

• Current university student (final year) or recent graduate in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related fields
• Fluency in English required for coordination with international partners and stakeholders; additional languages are advantageous
• Strong interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport and maintain professional relationships
• Presentable, confident demeanor with comfort engaging influencers at events
• Proactive and detail-oriented work style with ability to thrive in fast-paced environments
• Interest in the blockchain or digital assets industry (training will be provided)
• Calm, professional approach to handling sensitive situations
• Available for 3-6 month program commitment
