Senior CX Analyst & Project Manager

About This Opportunity

Our talent team is representing a confidential customer experience consultancy in their search for a Senior CX Analyst & Project Manager. This remote role offers the opportunity to lead strategic initiatives for a major life insurance client while managing analytical projects and coordinating team resources. You'll serve as a trusted advisor, translating complex research into actionable business insights.

Responsibilities

• Lead assigned client projects and workstreams from planning through final delivery, maintaining comprehensive project plans, timelines, and milestones
• Serve as primary day-to-day contact for the client, building strong stakeholder relationships and developing deep understanding of their business objectives
• Monitor project progress and proactively identify and resolve risks or challenges across multiple concurrent workstreams
• Lead client meetings, project discussions, and status updates with clear communication of progress, findings, and recommendations
• Analyze quantitative and qualitative research data to identify meaningful trends and actionable insights
• Develop and review client-facing presentations, reports, and deliverables that translate findings into strategic recommendations
• Support customer experience, market research, and customer journey initiatives
• Coordinate and guide junior analysts and project resources to ensure successful delivery
• Proactively identify opportunities to add value and enhance the client experience

What We're Looking For

• 4–7+ years of experience in market research, customer experience, consulting, analytics, or related field
• Experience working with financial services and/or insurance clients; life insurance experience strongly preferred
• Proven track record managing projects, workstreams, timelines, and multiple stakeholders
• Experience coordinating or managing junior team members
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Excellent client communication and presentation abilities
• Ability to take ownership and work independently while effectively leading a supporting team
• Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
• Strong proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel; experience with research and analytics platforms is a plus
• Comfortable working in a client-focused consulting environment
